We seek out investment opportunities in dynamic companies with a high growth potential, operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are prepared to support selected opportunities through investment from the GPEF II Fund (hereinafter also referred to as the “Fund”).

GPEF II is a general fund focused both on the traditional industries of the Czech and Slovak economies and the relatively new and growing service sector. This includes, for example, highly specialised processing industry products, commercial services for the corporate sphere, services for the energy sector, technologies, specialised chemicals and the production of construction materials, healthcare, leisure-time services, selected security equipment, special retail activities, etc. Nevertheless, any investment opportunity will be considered, in any industry, provided it meets the following investment criteria.
