Vojtěch Novák has extensive experience in advising local and international clients on corporate and M&A matters in a variety of industries, including TMT, energy, automotive, manufacturing, food and private equity. He has been involved in a number of significant transactions not only in the Czech and Slovak Republics, but also in the entire CEE region.

The current expansion of the Genesis Capital Equity’s team follows the final closing of the new fund, Genesis Private Equity Fund IV, which has EUR 150 million available for investments into small and medium companies in Central Europe. Vojtěch Novák will also support the activities related to the portfolio companies of Genesis Private Equity Fund III, the previous fund which invested for instance in HP Tronic / Datart, GTH Catering or Conectart.
